“Gil is by far one of the best personal trainers I have ever had! I started going to his group session a couple of months ago and I can see how much he truly cares about his clients. Even though it's a group session, he gives attention to each and everyone of us. He would come and correct the form right away if we are doing it wrong. His workout routines are different from week to week as well so that we don't get bored! He pushes and motivates to do more than we think we are capable of.
