“Kathy helped me create the most perfect gourmet gift basket and flower arrangement for my mom's birthday. I had a few special food requests for dietary needs and she truly went above and beyond! I live across the country and couldn't be there this year, but Kathy helped make my mom's birthday extra special; she even delivered it herself! After receiving pictures of the arrangements from my mom, I could see just how much care was put into the order. Everything was beautifully displayed and she got ALL of the good stuff! “The train of lights is a historical, magic event to enjoy with your family. Years ago I tried to participate but I couldn't get tickets on time, I didn't know how. This was my third year able to buy tickets. How I do it? This year in October 13th, the tickets sale started at 10am. I work on Saturdays but at 10 am I told my customers to wait few minutes to make my reservation and buy the tickets (there are thousand of people in front of the computer buying too) Why the high demand for this event? There are so many tourists coming, people from many Countries. As I said, it's a magical ride. The workers are so friendly and caring specially with disabled people (I saw it) they are patient but they are old too, they need helpers, volunteers. I'm afraid this event would stop one day if we don't support them. Children enjoy it so much! I wish I knew about people looking for tickets, since I had two extra ones. If someone needs help getting tickets just ask. It will be a big mistake to stop trying just because it's difficult to get tickets. Let's keep our Christmas tradition alive!”

“My sister and I moved our mom in to Fremont hills 2 years ago , She was lucky enough to live on the assisted living floor .The employees "Now my moms family" have been nothing but a god sent . You see dad passed away 5 years ago and I live in North Carolina, so my sister and Nieces are the only family there. after Dad passed Mom was diagnose with early Dementia . Fremont hills was there to educate and comfort My sister and I and over the 2 years have helped evaluate her so we could make sure Mom got the proper care . Mom is now in the Memory care unit and is getting full care. This means she has a care taker of her own and provides mom with all her heath care needs, they will even take her to her Doctor appointments ,stay with her and report back to my sister and I . Dementia has been one of the hardest things My sister Mom and I have had to deal with aside from dads cancer , but with Fremont hills as part of our family we can sleep better knowing Mom is in a Safe Clean and most of all Caring place like Fremont hills.”
