Their price was significantly better than I got elsewhere, and they took care of all of the insurance paperwork, including additional stuff they found as they got into it. They even took care of a few dings on the OTHER side of the car at no cost, besides detailing the interior. I couldn't be happier with Eloy and his crew, and I would come back in a heartbeat. You should be prepared for a fairly informal shop; not a lot of paperwork and the place isn't fancy, but Eloy is completely honest, does what he says he's going to do, and I feel good about contributing to a family-run business where the owner's young kids may be playing in the office under the supervision of his wife.”
