I was turned over to a lady manager that reminded me of "the fairy Godmother " I am here to fulfill your dreams but here are the rules.... very satisfied with the interaction and results. The staff is always courteous and efficient (well dressed and looking sharp). I was surprised by the "home town " feel of the bank staff even though most are young and good looking millennials (? I think millennials.. I'm a baby boomer). They knew people personally and had a friendly comment.”

We were there at a very crowded time when we could’ve gotten pushed to the side. ‘Philip made a very boring process enjoyable and his banter did not slow the process one bit. This bank may have had customer service issues in the past, but I believe they are on their way up. Great job.”
