“I'm going to write this review changing my opinion because of one person. Manny called me when I was upset about waiting 7 days for a tech hearing that each day I called the dispatch lady would say "they were going to be out today" and nobody would show and no phone call. He was very upset to hear that. We chatted and I told him I had called another company, Manny knew something i didn't and when 6/12 came around for the other company to show up between 8am and 10am I got a phone call an hour after they were supposed to be here saying their tech was held up and would be able to make it 6/13. I called Manny and told him what happened and he told me not to worry that a tech would be out today no matter what and he would be coming with him to make sure everything went OK. MAS need more people like Manny. He got what I was going through and assured me that they would make it right. Thank you Manny you helped my guys in the field get cooled off and made it right.”
