Paul took on my challenging order of about 20 precious-to-me clothing that were leaked on in our storage unit and were discovered three months later, actively growing mildew. With three weeks of valiant effort, he salvaged all but a couple of items. He even kept one special antique coat back to try some more. Best of all, I am soooo grateful to get my antique blue velvet coat back in all her glory! That beauty doesn't deserve a dumpster death. I will ever be grateful to Paul! Been going here for years as they always provide good, consistent service. But, today (New Year's Eve), I had need of an emergency cleaning. I dropped my item off this morning and they had it ready this afternoon, even with the holiday. Awesome!!
I have not brought clothing into this place because I don’t dry clean clothes!!
However I was looking for a pricing on dry cleaning my area rugs.
Instead of them asking me to bring them in, he asked for the dimensions & pictures of the rugs to verify the process that he’d charge vs price I paid my rugs.
He gave me a cell number to text my pics to so he could evaluate. He responded within minutes to my pictures.
He was honest, told me it may not be worth bringing them in per the price I really paid (Amazon cheap sales) HOWEVER, he explained several processes I could use to do it myself.
More time consuming but nowadays, super nice to have someone be honest during Covid & not suck you dry “cleaning” so I have to give 5 stars for his honesty, mainly when all small businesses are hurting for $$ right now.
I’d recommend him just for that.
