Joseph, the manager went out if his way to help my 89 year old dad get a unit. He made the whole process a good experience. Then, when dad passed, he continued to show kindness to us and help us close it out. Kindness is a great currency!

Joseph is fabulous! He answers all my questions, of which there are many. He offers to contact other nearby same company storage sites to meet my needs. He strictly follows COVID protocols, which I very much appreciate. Great experience!

Very happy with my experience. The pricing is always less than anywhere else and I’ve had units here for years and never had any issues. Great customer service and expedient & efficient with the paperwork to rent a unit. Joseph is awesome-does his job well, but is very personable and helpful.

My experience today with Valley
Storage couldn't have been much
better. I made an internet reservation
and Joseph called me almost
immediately to confirm and answer
any questions I had. When I arrived,
Joseph was kind, efficient and got me
in and out quickly. He even gave me a
ride to the BART, going well above and
beyond. I only need to use this facility
for a few months but my first
impression was excellent. Thanks,

If there was a way to give Joseph (the facility manager) and Valley storage in Livermore +10 stars I would. My daughter and I have been storing with Valley storage for almost a year and it is always clean and tidy. We've never had any problems at this location as we have had in the past with other storage companies. Joseph is always amazing. He's really communicative & helpful.
