Theyre pretty good here, great people, excellent service. I ding them a star for breaking California law by charging a 3% credit card surcharge fee and charging ridiculous prices for simple work ($275 just to check an engine error code? Thats ridiculous). As I had warranty work performed here this didn't impact me though and I opted to buy my own engine code reader for $30. If you've had any work done here and got caught paying the 3%, I would highly recommend that you file a claim for that money back with your credit card company and also file a complaint with the state attorney generals office.
The representative (Derick) was very helpful accommodating and friendly. Great job serving our Maserati. Reason for 4 stars is we drove 2.5 hours to service our car and had to wait 4.5 hours without being able to get a loaner to even go get lunch. Very exhausting day!
I had an excellent experience with the service department. I was having a Lincoln MKC that I planned on buying from another dealer looked at to make sure everything was good. Andre made sure the vehicle was in good shape before I finalized the purchase. It just needed an alignment so he took care of that for me and dealt with the dealership on my behalf. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating! We drove over two hours to looks at a vehicle, arrived around 5pm and were driving off the lot with our new ride before 7pm! Financing was quick, no haggling, really felt they wanted to get us the best deal & monthly payment. We even brought our wild two year old and everyone was kind to him as well, even shook his hand when we left! We are thrilled with the experience and our new ride.
