“I was referred to Dr. Coleman many many years ago for therapy associated with a physical injury on the job. He is a phenomenal doctor! I acquired tools that helped me deal with my injury as well as the garbage inside your head during your life's journey (clarity) . God bless and keep the kind, caring, concerned human being.”

“Let go and float. Walking into the spa, I was greeted warmly and was drawn to the aesthetics blending natural elements with clean, modern decor. As this was my first time trying float, the staff provided guidance on how to maximize the session. There's a pod or float rooms including music and light therapy, in addition to all the healing properties of water and salt. Float adds another dimension to relaxation as I felt weightless and formless. If quieting your mind is a challenge, I highly recommend this experience since the lightness facilitates getting into a meditative state. It was like floating on the sea without concerns about boats, creatures, or anything really. It's an excellent way to surrender control to the buoyancy and connect to self -- or take a nap amid the soothing ambiance. Try this unique wellness modality for a moment of peace and calm. I would definitely combine it with a massage afterwards or the infrared sauna beforehand. The quality of service and products at Kume Spa is exceptional.”

“Sourdough French Toast? I was very skeptical but gosh it lived up to it's reputation! It had right amount of sweetness and was chewy (I was expecting it to be hard) Pork polenta was creamy and delicious. Could have had more pork on it though. The cocktails were all great! We had white linen, cypress and Bellini. Recommend all of them! They had Nosh donuts, which I didn't get to try this time, but on my list for next time. Service was good. We had asked for scrambled instead of poached eggs but ended up with poached anyway. We were hungry by the time it came so didn't bother sending it back.”

“I've been wary of chiropractors most of my life and have felt ripped off before. (At one consultation they wanted me to sign up for $3200 worth of work!! Another time I paid $120/hour for the chiropractor to hook me up to an electric muscle stimulator and leave me there for 45 minutes.) It's been years since I visited a chiropractor because of this. I went to Dr. Tran a couple of months ago because I was desperate due to throwing my back out so badly I could hardly stand and was in a lot pain. A friend of a friend recommended him and I figured I had nothing to lose, and based on my previous experiences I felt I would know whether or not he was the real deal. Right off the bat Dr. Tran explained how he worked, that he really wanted to help me for the long run, and that he did not expect to have to see me more than a handful of times to make sure his adjustments were working properly. I told him I was skeptical and he basically said it was my choice whether or not I wanted to continue, but to let him adjust me and see what I thought. Needless to say I felt much better. He is good at explaining what he is doing, and recommending what I can do to keep my back issues from returning (and therefore having to return for adjustments), though he does recommend return visits a 3-4 times a year just to make sure everything is aligned properly. I've gone from being completely skeptical to now considering Dr. Tran's work as preventative back care. He is also very reasonably priced considering the fact that my medical coverage does not cover chiropractors.”

“Graduated from 8th grade when Sister Mary Anthony was principal. Went on to Notre Dame/St. Joseph in Alameda used to walk to school lived on Santa Clara Ave. Loved the school and the parish. I was there when the first remodel took place. Wow it has certainly come a LONG way...that grammar school did produce some clergy. I still sing in my parish choir St. Matthais Somerset NJ have stayed faithful all these years. I was looking for info on Sister Mary Anthony as she TRULY shaped my life if anyone can help would appreciate, my searches have been fruitless. Cannot find obituary or anything!”

“Cafe Lakeview is my "go to" spot whenever I'm in the area. Their offerings are minimal during the covid restrictions, but I'm glad they are still in business and I look forward to spending more time there again after this is over.”
