“Nice place to go to walk and sit and enjoy the outdoors. Watch out for the coyotes. I've seen them at the park about 5 times in the past few months.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Irwin’s for one year. When I first began to see her, I could barely walk and had to use a cane. Although I had previously had an active lifestyle, I had suffered a moderately severe accident. She and her staff are extremely helpful and create a friendly atmosphere. I truly do not believe I would be able to walk as well, with as short of a recovery time, as I do now, if not for Dr. Irwin’s treatment. Patrice, who is a massage therapist I often see Is pleasure to talk to and a relief ????to have a session with.Dr. Irwin’s deep understand and years of experience support a very pragmatic and evidence-based (some may disagree) approach. I hope the great staff and dr. continued to so be available for me.”

“My dad was moved to Meadowview Assisted Living Center back in August 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic. It was a difficult adjustment for him, and me. The hardest part, was the inability for me to go in to visit him. I had to trust that the staff were caring for him the way he deserved. There was definitely an adjustment period, but the director, Sherry, and her staff worked hard to make him feel at home. He is very happy living there now. I feel very comforted in the fact that I am in constant contact with Sherry. They all care very much about the residents.”

“Sachi is such an incredibly warm, uplifting, supportive, intuitive and caring guide and individual. I first heard about her through some friends who have worked with her and they've all had such wonderful experiences with her. I then decided to take an Intro to Ayurveda class with her at Yoga Garden SF, and was not disappointed. For the majority of my life, I've suffered from digestive issues - bloating, inflammation, extreme fatigue to name a few - so I was deeply intrigued to learn more. I reached out to Sachi for an initial consultation as she offers a variety of services and I felt a connection and a pull towards working with her. It was the best decision I have made so far because investing in myself, my health, has ultimately changed my life. With her care and guidance (she is my North Star!), I have learned so much about myself, my body, and my mind - being able to identify the root causes of my ailments (physical, emotional) and take steps towards alleviating it to achieve a balance has been a difficult but eye-opening experience. Since working with her, I have learned how to wholly, patiently, kindly and lovingly take care of myself. She helped me see myself as a whole person. I will be forever grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with Sachi. I wholeheartedly recommend learning from her!”

“They would get 5 stars if they had more of the bagels we wanted and fresher light roast. I had the dark roast which was fresher and hot. Also, they were out of any jam and this was in the morning. What did they expect to do the rest of the day or the next. Send someone to the market if needed.”

“Maura is an angel. I went to Sliding Scale Acupuncture when I was going through kratom withdrawals and actually having a physical / mental breakdown. Maura made space for me to be messy emotionally, which is really hard for me in general. I was asked many guided questions about what was going on for me and why I was seeking treatment. I got a lot of unwanted energy out during the accupuncture session and finally got some relief after several days of feeling like my body was truly broken. Definitely going to make this a regular practice. Thank you again.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you!. you have helped me get my life back on track. I was going down a path to darkness and you helped me find my way back to the light. You are greatly needed in this day where we are so easily lead astray by addiction. You give us the tools to find our way out of that darkness and to walk in the daylight. Sincerely Thank you .”
