The ceiling tiles are almost all water-stained, and the restrooms, while appearing clean stunk of sewage. These things indicate that the staff are doing their jobs, but the franchisee and/or corporate have dropped the ball. You have great employees. Get your act together.”

This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style. Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo. Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside!
