“So, after discovering the unnerving evidence of a hole under my kitchen sink, followed by the culprit, a RAT in my kitchen, I was less than calm when calling Dan at Rodent Pro. He and his team were amazing. They came out the very next day to inspect and found quite an extensive collection of entry and crawl space holes that said rat and his family and friends had chewed through and were now in the process of taking over my home. After my visible "freak out", I am grateful to Gil for calming me down and talking me through everything. He explained that he would be coming with his team to address everything the following Monday (4 days later), and explained thoroughly the process of removal and proofing; including cost breakdown and the 3 year guarantee that his company provides. So, it is worth the cost. In this current 'Covid stay at home' state of affairs, if any of you have this issue in your homes, CALL THEM. They performed the extensive work in two days, and did a fantastic job. While I could go with a standard insulation company to replace the insulation that Dan and his team had to remove, these guys did such a great job that I am going to call on them again to re-insulate my attic. “An extremely cute record store inside a shipping container with an interesting, yet small, selection of mostly rock. It's small, but not to a fault; the records are curated carefully; the store layout is charming, airy, and accessible, even with multiple people in the shop. They do a good job curating the records. The lady there was extremely sweet and knowledgeable and was playing some great music on display. The prices are extremely affordable; one of the cheaper record stores, especially considering the records I bought are in high demand, somewhat rare, and good condition. They even have a small collection of cassette tapes. Will be returning. Highly recommend this quick stop which is close to an arcade and a couple of cafes.”

“We went to the outdoor patio wine tasting event at the Brooklyn Basin Rocky's Market on Sunday, enjoyed some smooth jazz piano and had the most wonderful macarons for dessert. So many delicious flavors to choose from. Alesia was so patient and helpful while we made up our minds and finally settled on espresso machiato, red velvet and honey lavender. I would recommend Woops! to anyone hosting an event. I can't wait for next Sunday!”

“I have NEVER had a more successful bra fitting. Not only is this store precious, the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My fitter was Alicia and I tried on at least 10-15 bras and she never hesitated to find me some A+ fits. Y'all, I even got an amazing SPORTS BRA. I'm elated and will only shop here for bras going forward. My only caveat is that some other things in the shop are either sold out too quickly or not offered in larger sizes (talking sexy wear and underwear pieces).”

“After drinking their coffee from Whole Foods and seeing their coffee being used at Shake Shack, I thought it was finally time to check out Red Bay Coffee Roasters. We first went to their Roasting location, but it was closed for lunch. Luckily, the HQ is open during the Roasting location's lunch time and only a 4 minute drive away. Online, their charcoal latte seems to be their most popular drink. We ended up getting their charcoal latte and a Vietnamese Cold brew. I got to say, the charcoal latte was definitely unique. I expected it to be chalky, but it was pleasant and mellow. I would not suggest it if you're on a date since it will leave your tongue black for a bit. The Vietnamese cold brew was decent, but definitely not like a slow-drip viet coffee. The location itself is beautiful with many plants, unique gifts, and just an overall great ambiance. The neighborhood itself is littered with "San Francisco sand" (broken glass from cars). Definitely a place I would only visit during the daytime. Overall, a great experience and would come again!”

“La Farines seasonal coconut & lime cake is amazing, and definitely my favorite. It’s available starting today April 17th. 2022. I checked in, in the beginning of the month to see if they could make one for my birthday which was on the 12th but they were unable to, Which was a bummer so I went to another bakery and got some of my favorite fruit tarts instead but I’m so glad I was able to get one for Easter. Overall This bakery is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good!”
