Jeff was absolutely amazing in how he helped me find a home, more then once for my senior mother. One time he actually helped me physically move my mothers belongings from her previous home to the new. She did not have enough belongings that required hiring movers.

(Disclaimer: This is not part of his services) At the time, I was recovering from a recent surgery which temporarily limited my strength and having no one else but my sister to help me, it was difficult for me to lift heavy items. I did not ask for help, Jeff offered it! He went that extra mile for me!

When we realized my Mom needed more help than we could offer her, we called East Bay Assisted Living Services. This was my first experience with this type of situation and I am amazed how comfortable Jeff made us feel. He quickly made it obvious that his priority was the comfortable and desired life style of my Mom and he helped us with every step of the process--even coming on tours of facilities. My Mom is happy and safe because of Jeff and I would recommend him to anyone!!!
