“The staff are amazing! Amy, Jack, Ashley, Grace -- they all make me feel like I have a personal trainer -- which I guess is the whole point! I've been a runner, moved on to cardio and weights, hit menapause, and just got stuck. This team is helping me mentally and physically to get out of this rut. Getting an impactful workout in 20 minutes feels like cheating! Its just been about a month and I can feel the results. I feel stronger and more positive about my body. Looking forward to the muscle build to replace the unwanted weight. Thanks Exercise Coach and thanks Pleasanton Team!”

“This rating is specifically for the two teachers who provided a caring and structured environment for my son while attending, Ms. Lauralee & Ms. Yolanda. I chose to keep my son enrolled because they made an effort to listen and respond to all my concerns, my son would light up while in their presence and provided a sense of comfort while in the TWOs classroom. Unfortunately the school itself would not be my #1 choice, but I did like the bright wheel app and watchme grow tool advertised.”

“An impressive place for senior or memory care. Very pleasant competent staff. Well maintained grounds. They have entertainment come in regularly, offer "tea" events with entertainment. Residents seem pleased with their situation. Better then many similar facilities that I have visited.”

“I highly recommend this place! I had many long standing issues resolved by them, and it was worth the drive. Their strengths are: 1) They really want you to get well, permanently well, even if that takes a while especially with issues that have become chronic. Whereas some other P.T. offices just want you to be done as quickly as possible, they stick with you. Joints that have not been functioning properly for years, muscles that have lost all strength, that takes many months to rebuild the strength and make sure it holds without sliding back within months after finishing P.T. 2) They do hands-on work. Not everything can be resolved by just a few exercises. There are so many different tools and approaches for treatment, but it needs a P.T. who is knowledgeable and willing to work on your body. 3) One session normally is half an hour with the P.T., and then more time with an aid for doing exercises, applying stimulation or heat, and so on. 4) It it does not work they do not blame the patient, they help you figure out the next step. They also refer you to their colleagues, or to treatment outside. My only regret? I wished I would have found them years earlier.”
