Jean Philippe came out within days of contacting him to do a consultation where he brought lots of samples for me to check out . After choosing a lovely color he bought the materials & I anxiously waited for them to arrive . My materials ending up coming in early & he went out of his way to get me an instal that same week !!! The pair who ended up doing the install were friendly & super professional. They did such an amazing job !! The apartment looks so much better. I wish I’d taken before and after photos >.”

“I gave four stars because I didn't get the costume I ordered. I guess this whole online order with in store pickup is new ..no major thing this year because my daughter was torn between being a unicorn or a ballerina. I ordered the unicorn costume. When I got to the store it was chaotic; my costume was sold and the store was not only packed but tore the heck up! Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpful! Melissa's customer service was 10 stars! She helped me find a costume that was perfectly unique, just like my daughter! There was also a young man by the name of Alexis who was a total rockstar! He didn't know much about the situation but jumped right in the to assist with A1 service and a sincere smile. I really appreciated everyone who I encountered in this location! It was an awesome team who all seemed to love their jobs and and know more about customer service than some people twice their age... Good job Party City!!!”
