Came across Manor Windows and Mark, owner, came out and gave us the rundown, cost and time frame, came up with the plan to instead of pulling our sliding glass door up through the balcony, they actually brought it in pieced out and then put it all together. Saved us a lot of money on that part Mark, the owner of the outfit is very good very professional, and very open about his business. As time went on the windows need to adjust and as that was happening, Mark would come out and adjust everything as it went and settled. It’s been about six months now since the last adjustment and everything is perfect. I give Manor Windows five stars. I would recommend this outfit to anybody that comes across his business on any platform.”

“This was my very first time visiting M and N Auto Repair. I took my classic 1972 Mercedes 280 SEL 4.5 to George at M and N to have my brakes inspected and to have him look at the air conditioning that was not blowing cold. If you presently own or have had a classic car in the past, you know these are common problems that more often than not do not come without an easy solution due to parts availability, or lack of technician experience. So I didn't bring him an easy one! The first thing I noticed about the shop was just how clean and organized everything was. It seems lately that a lot of owner / operator auto repair facilities look pretty much like they're having a yard sale when you go out to the service bay areas. Not at M and N... Needless to say this made my comfort level go way up. I was also preparing myself to be told it would be thousands of dollars and no guarantees.. however I was very pleasantly surprised!! George was awesome! He was able to locate all the parts needed for the rear brakes on the car, and found them at a very reasonable price. He then spent hours scouring parts houses to find the correct fit and best value for what was needed on the front brakes, and showed me a couple of small clips that had become dislodged, and lent to the issues I was experiencing. He also determined that I did not need a complete front brake job, but with some clean up and new pads that would do the trick! He even gave me the info needed to get the new front brake parts in the future should I want to have them on hand due to limited availability. Then came the A/C, and I just assumed I was toast (Pardon the Pun)... I figured this issue had the potential to be an extremely expensive fix. George was able to trouble shoot the problem right there on the spot, and found that one of the small valves had what appeared to be a pinhole leak. He replaced the part, charged it accordingly, and that was it! No expensive fix, the A/C now blows blisteringly cold, and I could not be happier! I think in the end with a classic car like this, a lot of shops may have the potential to throw you over the coals and maybe increase the invoice amount, or then try and upsell you on services not really needed. It was very clear to me that George does not operate that way... He is about honest work, fair prices and obviously long term relationships with his customers. Pretty rare these days.... I will definitely be back, and I would very highly recommend you check M an N out next time your car needs any service work performed! 5-STARS!!”

“Bob’s Auto staff are extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Communication is unbeatable. Small town hospitality in a city I was unfamiliar with. I was updated frequently by text and phone calls which I appreciated. I was also able to check out the live feed of shop to see my truck in real time. They even did a courtesy full body inspection of my truck! When my truck was broken into and damaged to the point I couldn’t start it, I looked up “auto repair near me” to have it towed there. After reading the reviews I knew this was the right place to fix my truck. However, they continued to beat expectations. Getting my truck repaired quickly was such a huge relief. “My Chevy Equinox was giving some problem. The RPM needle was not consistent and the engine was not revving up as desired and was giving jerks while running. It all happened after the vehicle got serviced a week ago. I called up the dealership and they gave me an appointment a week later. I could not do without the car so I just walked to Pleasanton Auto Tech and met with Ed. He asked me to drop the vehicle and that if he gets time in a day then he will check the problem. I left my car and to my surprise he gave me a call in the next two hours and told me that the car was fixed and I can pick it up. I went to pick up the car and asked him about how much I owe him? And he said “Nothing” as there’s only one pipe which was loose and his technician tighten it up, that’s it. 😊 I was really touched with his gesture and honesty. We then spent about 30 minutes chit chatting. They have a really good setup with super experienced technicians around. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you so much Ed and team! 😊👍”

“I can recommend Hai and Mike…. These guys are great! They’re hard working, honest and reasonably priced, too! My engine was making a racket, and I knew it was my timing chain. It’s a challenging, labor intensive job, but they did it, and now my engine runs like a sewing machine! While my engine was apart, I had them repair a bunch of other items that I had deferred - clutch, brakes, axles cooling system flush and A/C service. They did it all, and my car should be good for several more years. I used to work in the industry, so I know a bit about cars. In reading the parts orders I could see that Hai ordered and used high quality parts, so I know the repairs will last. I brought my car here because they have good reviews on Google and Yelp. I can tell you that the positive reviews are well deserved. I can also say that these guys are very reasonable with their pricing. I had quotes from some other shops, but my bill, while substantial, was significantly less than three other shops I spoke with. Know that these guys are ALWAYS busy, so you’ll need to give them time to get to your car. If you need your car fixed immediately, you may be frustrated. If you need your car right, but not right away, this is the place to go.”
