When we generally set up a schedule and decide which house we want to see, she is always ready to come in time to see the available homes, even if it is not her main business area. “We've lived here at Carrington for 2 years and have enjoyed the property very much. The front office staff are very friendly and the maintenance crew are quick to respond to any issue we've had during our stay (very few) . Laundry facilities are close by to most buildings and are very clean and machines are well maintained. Tons of parking and walking distance to a lot of business (Lucky's, 7-11, Bevmo, Satomi Sushi, etc). Security is very active and patrol the property regularly. Lot's of families and kids enjoy the property common areas, and a nice gym on site with a good selection of the basics. We're very happy to have had stayed at such a wonderful complex, to have started our family here but it's time to move on to be closer to relatives.”

“I came into this location to confirm the hours for Google because they recently changed. But I spoke with the ladies at the front office they were very friendly and very helpful. The office well as well decorated and clean. The building had an overall good feeling inside of it. “We’ve never had such a smooth and positive experience with a real estate before. We decided to look for a home to purchase during the Shelter-In-Place period here in the Bay Area and we were referred to Kellen Gauthier by our Mortgage Lender, Daniel Lee from Wells Fargo (who is stellar!). Kellen immediately set up a Zoom meeting to just chat and get to know us. He took the call from his home and his family was in the house as well. We quickly sensed and felt his genuine, down-to-earth, and yet professional personality. His communication was clear, approachable, and transparent and we felt excited to have him represent us. That meeting was on a Thursday and that Saturday he scheduled a tour of 3 houses in the East Bay, which is his area expertise (he’s an East Bay native!!). He knew exactly what we wanted and we found the house of our dreams that same day! He provided some guidance on what to offer for the house (in this case we offered below the list price), and that Monday the seller accepted our offer! Kellen then provided us with the sellers’ disclosures and the disclosures were clean. However, Kellen noticed that the inspectors that were used were not inspectors he was familiar with and suggested we hire our own inspectors. We took his advice and the new inspectors found a lot of minor damages (and one major damage) that helped us be more aware of what the condition the house was in. With that we were able to resolve some things with the seller. We really appreciated Kellen for having our backs and doing his due diligence in representing us. He wasn’t hesitant to communicate our needs and asks to the sellers despite how ridiculous they seemed. In the end, we felt good about our transaction and within a month we closed on our new home! Overall, Kellen is professional, transparent, empathetic, personable, and was timely in his communication with us with information we needed to receive and give. I highly recommend him!!”
