“I highly recommend The camp here in Livermore it is the best! they have a designed program that really works! everyone is so motivating from the front desk to the trainers, the boss José and his wife Charm. This is my second 6 week challenge i have done since I have been here i have lost 46lbs and I feel great. I no longer take pills for high blood pressure and I'm no longer prediabetic. “Al & the crew here are the nicest folks around! At the onset of the pandemic, I was able to rent the huge warehouse out back (the backlot) for ten days straight to record drums for my album! The recording has a quality to it that I will never forget snd is imprinted on the record forever. Not to mention, each room they offer comes with sound reinforcement & amplification, & you can rent them by the hour. I’ve rented from Al since his days over at what is now called the OMC- he is truly part of the musical tapestry of Oakland. Music in this city is what it is because of the kindness, dedication, and work Al and his crew have put in. I hope to rent from him again soon, and I hope this place never goes away.
