My wife and I had a very serious problem with our cell service, someone had hacked our account and stolen our numbers. We made no progress whatsoever, attempting to solve the problem for close to 24 hours. Then we stopped into the Cricket Wireless in Jackson. The manager, Teresa provided what we consider to be the best customer support service we have ever experienced. She took the time and went after a solution. Her patience, her expertise and her determination was incredible. She literally tracked down the problem and had it corrected. She solved the major portion of our problem. Thank you Teresa!
