“Wonderful historic cemetery. Filled with beautiful headstones and many interesting stories. We spent nearly two hours looking at the various headstones and wondering about the people who are buried here. Many of the people are from the 1800's although there is a newer section. There are a lot of family plots. There are some unknown sections with nothing more than a wooden marker with "unknown RIP" on them. Whoever carved the headstones was incredibly talented. There are some true beauties here. It's nice that this place is taken care of. If you like cemeteries you'll like this one. Watch out for rattlesnakes, and take water and sunscreen. There isn't much shade and it's hot in the spring and summer.”
