“I have been going to Northshore Dental for about 10 years now and I love this place (well, as much as you can love going to see a dentist)! They have done everything to my teeth ( implant, root canal, crowns, fillings, and deep cleaning). Dr. Chu is passionate about her work; not only does she want to make sure I’m happy with the result of her work but she wants to make sure she is happy with it as well! She is brutally honest with what is happening with your teeth but is very gentle when it comes to doing oral surgery. Leslie, her Registered Dental Assistant, has laughed with me, cried with me, and always has a hand ready for me to hold when I need it! And, Charlene is one of the most patient receptionist- always accommodating and always friendly, even when I call too much with questions. My kids have also been coming here since they were two years old and is not scared of going to see the dentist. I don’t feel like a number here -they are emphatetic, symphathetic, and I feel like they really care about my teeth!”

“I am terrified of dentists like a lot of people and avoid going until it's an emergency. I visited the Dental Center of Hercules on Juky 11,2018. The facility is nice and clean. Maria helped me get checked in and Mylo took xrays. I usually gag and hate the cray process entirely. I mentioned that to Mylo and he took great care of me. He was gentle and very patient and I got thru without the usual anxiety. Maria came in and took the video and colored pictures. She was just as gentle and got thru it quickly. Dr. Riviera reviewed my xrays and gave me a quick diagnosis of the problem, the immediate action plan and cleaned my teeth. The team worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you for taking care of me. I'd recommend anyone who has the same fears as me to definitely visit this center and have them take care of you.
