“I started the Dailey Method in Berkeley in 2015, and was sad to leave that studio. However, this studio is just as good! There's nothing like this workout. It is strength training, stretching, meditation, and more. It's the prefect balance of variety and routine: you know you are going to get an expertly designed sequence you recognize, but it's always a little different, and never gets any easier (in a good way!). This workout helped tremendously during and after all three of my pregnancies. The instructors are wonderful and the community is welcoming. In fact, joining this studio really helped with our transition when we moved. Love it here!”

“I realize this is the same review I put on Yelp but I have been so happy with this place that I am posting here as well. Johnny has fixed my car 3 times, drivers' door got gashed, my gas pump flap wouldn't close and when a piece of trim got ripped off. Each time the repair made the car "as good as new" and done unbelievably quickly and Johnny is super friendly and helpful. Johnny's prices were really reasonable. He actually fixed the door gash for less money than my insurance paid. He is my go to.”

We are not sure what is Ed (the owner) is feeding his employees however their service level, professionalism, attitude, customer service is worthy of 10 stars. When you have employee longevity you know that it is a good business to do business with.
