She knows the medications used by myself and my husband and makes sure our medications are filled on time - even if it requires a special order. So many pharmacy staff are often puzzled by how to do something or refer you back to your physician. Bernie steps in to help, makes sure all the issues are addressed and helps solve potential problems. We moved out of the area but come back here because of Bernie. Al and Linda Lang”

“In my experience Valley Ridge is not merely a well-run facility, managed with care and consideration, but also a friendly facility. The staff respond quickly and eagerly. I wish the folk were more friendly, but I understand that it is largely a working community and that necessarily dictates limited time and energy. I will be glad when the jackhammers are done and the pool returns to normal! Wish my appliances were more up-to-date! Special kudos to Ann in the office!”
