“My daughter's Ford had electronic "issues" that Lakewood Ford could not figure out. Rather than let them fiddle more, we decided to have her car towed home to Olympia so our local dealer could find and fix the problem. On a AAA Plus call, New Era sent a flatbed to the Lakewood dealer, picked up the car and brought it here to Olympia. All was done on time as was promised with the AAA call. The tow operator called us when he was near our house to ask where we wanted the car parked. A few minutes later, the car was here and off the truck. So simple!! The driver and I had a chat about the car and he was super nice and professional. All in all, a very good towing experience. I recommend NERD for future towing needs, AAA or otherwise.”
