“My husband & I really love 9Rounds so many reasons. 1. The staff is really great. Josh & Edward at the Walnut Creak Location are awesome! They are personable, funny, caring & really push you to your limit. With that being said, they also know if you have limitations. As long as you are up front of any injuries, they help you work around that because there is no reason why this should hold you back from trying. 2. The convienience of time. “APEX is A+ in everything. Alan and his team are both kid and parent-friendly in how pro they are in running the facility. The space itself is well-maintained and regulated in terms of safety first and foremost. There are also options in terms of waiting for parents, whether they need a quiet room to get work done or want a bird’s eye view of all the action. And that action... in a word, WOW! The skills these kids (and adults) learn is astounding. This is our family’s first and only experience of parkour and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Lastly, if you want a rad birthday party experience, highly, highly recommend! Our twins just had one at APEX and they immediately wanted another. The team did a phenomenal job of integrating all the kids, so no one felt left out. Overall: APEX-cellent. Thank you!”

“This studio is the antithesis of hot yoga. Most classes have a lovely peaceful feel. If you are attracted to Yoga for your inner mind as well as for a wonderful work out this is the place to come. Particularly recommend it if you have an injury or suffer with some chronic joint issue. The instructors will take time to address your limitations. They have great alternatives if pigeon pose is something that is just for the birds.”
