“I am an okra LOVER. I visit this location frequently and every single time I order the same thing...okra. I am super picky when it comes to my food taste and temperature, so I ask for fresh okra to be made. Not once has anyone given me a hard time or said "we can't do that" or etc. My request has always been honored and my okra comes out EXACTLY how I like it. I'm usually served and greeted by the same employees who are all amazing. But there are two guys, Desmond and Francisco, who I see almost every visit, who are consistently displaying exemplary customer service. Both guys are very kind and efficient.
