“I rented a home and dealt with Sharon and David for over 5 years. I can honestly say they are the BEST!!!! I will highly recommend to ANYONE. They were QUICK to get to any repairs needed on the home. Same day if not next day. At one point the air conditioner went out and was leaking and when I put the work order in on a weekend they immediately called me even though it was late at night to make sure the problem would get fixed immediately. In five years, they only raised my rent ONCE, and not much. For the area I was in I knew I wasn't getting over charged in rent. Also, after the 1st year, I was month to month with no rent upcharge. Which was AWESOME. I just left a couple weeks ago because I moved to a different city. They sent me a wonderful letter basically saying they were impressed on how the house was left and were very generous with the return of the deposit. We didn't speak much but that is because I paid rent on time, responded to any emails, and they fixed every single issue that came up! If I ever need to rent another house in the area I will definitely be going to them first.”
