I've went to this office plenty of times in the past. For the most part I've had good experiences. I really like the doctor. My most recent visit is the most fresh, it was not so good. New girl at the front desk was pretty rude. Asked her a question & she just simply answered me with "I don't know" & then when I followed up with "should I ask the doctor" she tells me "if you want". 🤔😒
Dr. Julia is amazing. She has been our family eye doctor for 14 years. I trust her completely. As an optical professional, I have worked with many OD's. She is the one I go to, first.
