New girl at the front desk was pretty rude. Asked her a question & she just simply answered me with "I don't know" & then when I followed up with "should I ask the doctor" she tells me "if you want". 🤔😒”

“The star rating doesn't work here. The vineyards is in a different galaxy. I have a luxurious, one bedroom apartment. Unbelievable, but I have washer, dryer, disposal,dishwasher, and great fridge, with water, and ice. Rent is $300 less than where I left, near Woodward Park, with none of the above. Even better, management and staff are helpful, and responsive. Activities, and outings, make leisure time fun. Residents all speak lovingly about their happy lives here. I hear about one drawback here (not from residents).It is a few extra minutes away, getting here. The excellent transportation department makes up for that. I found many folks here, like me, who are very happy refugees from my past abode.”

“I had really bad pain from my wisdom teeth, although at no fault to them, it took awhile for authorization Ocean Dental made sure to get me in the NEXT DAY from approval. I waited 15 minutes to go numb and they were both out 8 minutes later. After 4 hours, I didn’t need the gauze in and I was able to smile, laugh and talk like normal. I came back for a root canal and I felt no discomfort or pain. Dr. Cemal Ylidirim makes sure that I’m feeling no pain and that I keep breathing. He did an AMAZING job and I am no longer nervous and shaking when going to the dentist. Also shout out to his support staff as well. They’re always so nice and understanding. They make sure you’re not nervous and all questions are answered. Thank you Ocean Dental!”

He is very kind, listen to his patients, explains well the diagnosis and treatment, gental with kids, and does not mind to stay over to see his walk in patient who really in pain/need.
