This place sets the gold standard for all others to be measured against. The wrench light came on in my Honda Pilot. Not knowing any place in the area, I made an appointment with Clawson Honda Dealership. They changed my oil (most I've EVER paid for an oil change) then told me I needed an additional $3,000 worth of work done because of, as the sales consultant said, 'an active oil leak'. I was stunned. How could I have an 'active oil leak' when my vehicle sits in the driveway for days at a time, yet there was no oil whatsoever on my driveway? I took my vehicle to Au Auto Repair for a second opinion. For less than $100 they took pictures of the engine, power washed the engine, added a dye to the oil, had me drive it then come back. And what do you know, NO LEAK. Au Auto Repair is outstanding. They are honest, know what they are doing, willing to explain what is going on in a way that is understandable, no matter how little you know about cars, friendly and very reasonably price. I highly recommend Au Auto Repair for all your vehicle needs. Bring your car to them, you (and your pocketbook) won't regret it.
