This time they raked me through hot coals and still wouldn’t let me obtain my grand daughter’s birth certificate! On a scale from 1-10 they earned a 4

(October 26, 2018, 2:12 pm)So my review is for the register of deeds itself and its staff. My only negative experience ever is just the courthouse itself: parking and security screening etc. If all of the staff members are busy someone will at least speak with you and see what they can assist you with and direct you to the form that needs to be filled out. Very quick turnaround here with not much waiting time. Staff has always been super friendly and genuinely helpful. Better than a lot of other counties!
