I called 911 last night due to a medical emergency with my Dad. This was my second time calling in the past 8 months. The fire department was the first to arrive on both occassions. Very prompt, very professional and very friendly. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work!
The Captain was very professional & polite. I invited them out to help support my son with Autism getting his Service Dog and he seemed very interested in his station supporting us. Such a Pleasant phone call. Kindness goes a long way.
