(September 25, 2018, 8:51 pm)I broke a serpentine belt and had my car towed here. Samuel had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. He's a one-man show, so he did a great job of getting me rolling between his other customers and SMOG inspections.
He also asked the right questions when I dropped off my car.
"Did you hear anything like a bearing going out?" That told me that he was looking for the cause of the problem, not just fixing the symptom.
His price was beyond reasonable, and I tipped him well.

(September 26, 2011, 2:25 am)Gonzales Auto Repair is great because they'll help you with the cost of smog check/emission repairs up to $1300 through their Gold Shield, Caps, and VRRRM programs. How could anyone turn that down? Not me!
