Only thing stopping a 5 is how long it took for my glasses to be ready the first time, and the second time when my prescription needed adjusting.

Friendly staff, good service, slightly pricier comparatively but it shows in the service and quality.

Up to date technology, quick, thorough and easy and they take my insurance.

I have worked in retail for over 8 years and the level of customer service i experienced here was beyond expectations. There was a delay in my new sunglasses due to CVOID 19, so when i called (after hours) and did not leave i message i didn't expect to get a follow up call. To my surprise George Subia called the next morning in regards to a missed phone call. From there he took the time to update me every step of the way until my glasses arrived. He definitely made it a personalized experience and demonstrated personal interest in the customer (me). Worth every dollar spent here.

My daughter & I had a great first visit with Dr. Nguyen and our Optician Diana. Diana was very welcoming and helpful while she helped us with our examination. She also helped us pick out reasonable and fashionable glasses. Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor who is there for his patients needs . He was able to help me out with a new prescription , since my old doctor messed up on mine. We are happy to call Bakersfield Eye Care SW our new Home for our vision care !
