The communication between family and staff is very important to ensure understanding of the health and welfare of our family member. Having the care conference meetings with staff is very important and cleared up many concerns we had. Yes we’ve had many misunderstandings and aggravations along the way but again the involvement of family members is so very important. The staff and Director have been great.
