“I had an accident and called in with my insurance. My insurance gave me options. At first, I wasn't sure about this location because it was a new building. But, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. After arriving, a service advisor, Richard, was very helpful with explaining what needs to be done. I got quoted on a VISUAL because I arrived late. New bumper, splitters, paint was quoted. The next day, Richard gave me a call saying that he ordered the parts and to bring in my car when it arrives. A week later, I dropped off my vehicle. A couple days later, Richard called again saying he done a full inspection and said that I have quite a few damaged parts that couldn't be seen because it was covered. A few days later I finally got the car back. Good service. I'd recommend this new shop in town.”
