Kern Valley Museum

This is a must see when in town!! So cute, was pleasantly surprised with how nice the museum is. There are interactive things for kids to do and places to take pictures. We were explained so much history by everyone that was there everywhere we went. Such a treat, thank you!

Excellent museum. The volunteers at the museum are very knowledgeable and super friendly. If you are in the area, definitely stop in Kernville and visit the Kern Valley Museum.

Dianna and her husband were very sweet we arrived a little late traveled from far and went straight here and they were very accommodating and so knowledgeable about the history of the town. You can tell they really care about the history and the natives of the area. It's a great free museum I 100% recommended checking out.

Been to Kernville many times and this time we got to enjoy some of the history. Lots of interesting facts can found and the folks working this museum are very nice to share what they know about all they have.
