Easy in n out!

My things were in Storage for over 2 years! Anytime I had an issue getting in (because I forgot my code), someone was available there or by phone. Anytime I had an issue with an expired card or anything related to payments, they were willing to work with me! I’d def store my things there again.

It's a really clean facility, no trash flying around. The units I was shown were super clean, nothing left behind like other facilities. The manager, Lissette, is really nice, super helpful and knowledgeable of the services, and products. She greeted me right away as walked in, I didn't have make my presence known like other places that seem too busy to help. Even though I didn't rent there at the facility due to unavailability of the unit size I was looking for, she did refer me to the other stores in Palmdale that did have the unit size I was looking for. She was able to provide me with phone numbers and websites for those stores as well.

They raise the price a lot but good storage units

Securcare saved my hiney. With the service at the front desk, excellent facilities and quick and efficient rental (I needed two units and they have it down to one contract), and the fantastic service of the gentleman who helped me, I will recommend Securcare to anyone who asks.
