My experience with Nathan and Castle Oak Homes was amazing and unique. I was the Trustee for my Aunt. Her home was located in Tehachipi CA. I lived in Utah. I contacted Nathan and tried to prepare to sell her home ASAP. Unfortunately, the home was put in probate for over a year. With Nathan's help, we were able to coordinate and prepare the home to be sold once probate was cleared. Fortunately, the home was sold within a month with a short escrow.

In my opinion they went the extra mile to assist me in selling the home. I recommend Castle Oak Homes if you want someone who will work hard for you.
