As a California broker, I co-listed a property in Tehachapi for a client. Since I live over 3 hours away, Kathy handled the client with excellent care and communicated regularly on the progress of the listing.
We had several offers and she helped the client make a good decision . The escrow went smoothly with Kathy's excellent knowledge of inspectors and proper steps.
If you are a buyer or seller in the Tehachapi area, Kathy Carey has excellent knowledge and great professional skills.
