“My husband and I had planned to For Sale By Owner but were having a difficult time researching how to do so with all the new real estate laws. I mistakenly called Lanetta Ashmore thinking she was a FSBO rep. I had beef ribs which were fairly lean and tasty. Three choices of BBQ sauce: house, hot & spicy and sweet & smokey. I preferred the spicy. However, one of them should satisfy your tastebuds. Hubby had the spicy links (beef) sandwich which was heavily topped with fresh diced tomatoes & onions and served on a whole grain bun. Michelle was terrific and exceptionally helpful, good knowledge of their extensive menu, welcoming personality and friendly smile.”

“Visitation date: mid August. Great customer service, they were able to help diagnose and give my husband and I proper information regarding the status of our car trouble. Thank you Roy who helped us check in with our 8am appointment and kept in contact with us throughout the day of the on goings with our car. Roy was severely understaffed that morning as 4-5 more customers poured in right when we showed up, but he handled everyone with great customer service in a timely manner and acknowledged as they came in and waited. When it came time to picking up our car, the owner Don himself took wonderful care of us in explaining the car situation with tact and expertise. These folks are trained professionals and did not try to upsell or misinform us. I really appreciated that as I'm very weary of those situations when mechanics just want to add more services to your bill when it wasn't the initial idea. I highly recommend if you're from out of town and aren't sure where to look in Tehachapi. Also don't forget to call ahead and make the appointment. Luckily we called on a Thurs mid afternoon and were able to schedule it the very next day Fri at 8am. Hands down, 5 star service.”
