“Ate at around 7:30, and it was absolutely delightful! I had the honey-roasted duck with the jasmine tea. The duck was cooked to a perfect crisp, and the tea was the perfect accent to it. I had sticky rice with mango, which was the perfect taste to end the meal on. It has a great atmosphere and the staff was incredibly friendly, even taking notice when a dish still had food on it, and taking the time to ask for feedback!”

“Everytime my son is in town, Ichiban is your place to enjoy some Sushi. It's his and my daughter's favorite and for good reason. The service is great and they're on it! Food comes quickly after ordering it. The presentation of the food is great! And they check on us constantly, making sure we have everything we want and need. The restaurant itself could use a little updating but it's not horrible. Either way, I highly recommend it!! We were so hungry, I forgot to take pics, as many times as we go there, I'm always just concentrated in digging in! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it 😆”

“Loved this place so much I went 2 weekends in a row. I got the same waiter I had on my previous visit. I am all about customer service and my waiter exceeded my expectations on both visits. The food was so delicious especially the stuffed french toast! And the fact that this restaurant has a variety of mimosas makes it even better! It's the perfect place for brunch with friends and family. Can't wait for my next visit!”

“Ate here on a busy Friday evening. Was greeted immediately and waited for a couple minutes to be seated. Caleb was our waiter and did a most excellent job. Their warm bread and honey butter was awesome. The table side salad bar is a fun way to build a salad. The steaks were prepared perfectly as was the veggies. They offered some amazing desserts but sadly we didn’t leave any room. I would definitely eat here the next time I’m in Bakersfield!”

However, for not having a line other than a couple of cars in the drive thru , it took 15 minutes, not to bad,, for them to make a cheese burger and a pastrami sandwich. Flavor was good, pastrami meat was good, not salty like most places make it. But my burger did not look like the one in the picture. Yes there's always room for improvement but my bun looked like somebody was sitting on it. I'll give the a second chance in the future.”

I happened to be one of the people waiting to order my food in line and there was a dispute between a lady and who seemed to be the manager. I heard the entire thing while waiting and honestly I can't believe how heartless the lady sounded! The female cashier was sobbing because she obviously cared, the manager tried to explain the reason for it and she simply wouldn't take it with how selfish she is! I happened to be the only one eating my meal while the cops came to investigate only to find nothing out of it. People like them are the reason why people don't want to serve you anymore! Inconsiderate. I had a small laugh hearing how the cops even labeled her even unstable. I left a tip to hopefully cheer the cashier up. Will be recommending regardless of the situation!”

I have to say some of the best Birria con consome tacos y have had, the chicken sope was another favorite. The owner came out to thank us for the business.
