“Looking at the exterior the buildings that are combined here. The big one says Lost Hills Travel Plaza then Dairy Queen and AmPm Convenience stores on each side of the the plaza. The only place I saw Arco was above the gas pumps. Then behind is a mechanic shop. Upon entering I immediately smelled fresh baked cookies. It looked like they shoved a lot of product into a small area. They had a little of everything. I'm guessing the truckers showers, washers and dryers were upstairs. The stairway was closed on my visit because they were cleaning. I do have have to say the place and even restrooms looked clean, though the paper towels holder want filled nor was the air machine coming on just a roll of paper towels to rip off from. As far as the clerks..the male in the back couldn't answer any of our question about the mechanic shop, just told us we'd have to go ask them...the lady clerk was running two registers at the same time. She told us to come to the side counter then helped the people before us..all we had was one fountain drink and a water..not hard. Now we're sitting at the shop waiting for help here.......”

“I don't have dental insurance so by the time I went to Dr. Rushton I was in great need of a dentist. I needed a lot of work done so I speak from experience when I talk about Dr. Rushton. I'm kind of a baby when it comes to going to the dentist and probably not the easiest patient but Dr. Rushton and his staff were very nice and patient with me. Dr. Rushton did an excellent job on my teeth. It's so nice to smile again without being self-conscious of my teeth. All the rooms were very clean and I would recommend Dr. Rushton to anyone looking for a dentist.”

“Wonderful little museum full of local history which is fascinating. Barbara and Beverly were wonderful hosts while we were there and were more than happy to answer questions or just chat. They are very obviously lovers of Tehachapi so they're great at their jobs. If you're intrigued by local small town history like me, I highly recommend a visit. Also leave time to visit the Errea House across the street as well as the train depot a couple blocks away. You can also get lost in the many Antique and Vintage stores close by as well as the various restaurants. We can't wait to go back!”

“They was very helpfully to me. Since the Lake Isabella clinic had to close do to virus, I had to call today do to a infection. I had never been to this clinic. I was very impressed that they was able to get me in that same day. They was very professional and do to the Corona 19 virus, they made sure they was protected as well as myself. The staff was very friendly they took me to the examining room everything happened quite fast they take care of get my vitals and then took me to another exam room. The doctor came in within five minutes. She’s very thorough and was very concerned. She took my information and she requested some blood work and I go back in September. I would recommend this clinic anytime.”
