(August 18, 2018, 6:52 pm)This T-Mobile location always provides the best customer service. When you go to this store ask if Karla is available. Karla will get all your questions answered. We were struggling with a text message problem that many were not able to fix, not even customer care but Karla took care of it. She is definitely the go to person!
(October 26, 2017, 1:45 pm)Andrew and Carla were really friendly, very helpful, and got me a better plan than what I've been paying. I'll probably only ever use this store and these two associates. I've had a lot of trouble dealing with customer service, so it was great to actually get my issues addressed and fixed. Highly recommend these two specifically.
