“I found them on Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park on my way home in this chilling night. I've had a long day at work and my belly was flat. I need food. So I stopped in front of their yellow truck and Hazel told me that chicken plate is really good. And she didn't lie to me. It is beyond amazing! I've never tried any Salvatore food but this is way too good. Definitely beyond my expectations! If you thought you don't like Hispanic food, you should try this place. Chef Will really knows about food. He saw me shaking in the cold breeze so he gave me a saucer of sample fries. It tastes like heaven. Seriously!!! I'm not kidding. Chef Will knows what is real cuisine. The seasoning is not too crazy but just perfect for flavor. Highly recommended!”
