“This is an excellent urgent care. For years I went to a different urgent care that had a great team of doctors. They slowly declined over the years and I needed to find somewhere new. I've now been to Exer in Calabasas a few times and they are great. I always get a friendly greeting when I come in. That's a rarity these days and gives you an immediate indication of the level of training. The staff and doctors have always been attentive, responsive, and professional. If you've ever had the experience where your trying to explain whats going on with you, but you feel like you're not being heard, that's really frustrating. When I go to Exer, the doctors listen to you and waste no time taking the next steps too make you better. Its the way its supposed to be. If you're trying to decide which urgent care to go to, I highly recommend Exer. They've become my clear first choice. Also the hours are great - 7 days a week, 9am-9pm.”
