“I visit this place often because I have a loved one who volunteers in this community and I am always amazed at how kind and compassionate the team is here. The staff is ready to assist anyone, from the front staff to the different team members. The managers are helpful and the staff do their best given that they care for people with different levels of dementia. I see that at times, there are families that are unhappy but the staff remain calm and speak to them with respect. The place is always clean, residents are smiling, and the pets help make the place look like home. This is a gem of a place and for me, the people who work there are heroes! Thank you, Silverado!”
