“Can't thank Frank enough. Right off the bat he seemed like a stand up guy and someone that stood behind his work. I gave him my mazda miata to change the convertible top. It came out great, however, there was a piece from the manufacturer that went missing and I needed to take it back to him to fix it. He literally spent 2 weeks searching for this part and when he realized he wasn't going to find it, he actually took the time to fabricate the part himself and fixed it. He didn't even charge after all that extra work. It is refreshing to know that there are business owners like this out there and it was a lesson to myself on how to treat customers in my own business. Thanks Frank!”

“Shopping for "the perfect" lights was made easy at Courtesy Lighting. Rather than sending us home with lots of catalogues with tiny pictures and descriptions, we were able to wander around the beautiful store (no pressure) describe what we needed, and the owner took the time to show us our many options online, projecting the images onto a big wall screen to help us make our final decision. It took me one year (and two visits) to make the decision and the owner never made me feel rushed or feel as if I was wasting his time. My younger daughter would stand by my son's piano lesson just to listen to James and asked to start lessons with him well before I would have given her a formal lesson. She was so excited to have her time with James. He has an amazing way of connecting and truly inspires. We have also met and worked with others in the studio of teachers he has brought together. Ryan now teaches guitar to my 11 year old. He is not only learning how to play the guitar but having great conversations about music, laying down tracks and most importantly creating a learning space my son is excited for every week. We love the music in our home, the musical community James creates through his salons and recitals and the confidence and joy we are seeing in our kids as they grow their abilities on the piano and guitar. We recommend James and his studio so highly for anyone looking.”

“We were in need of new carpet to be installed in two of our office rooms and vinyl linoleum be replace in the kitchen room. We were first recommended to call M&R from a vendor of ours and we thought of using a carpet store that is a block away from our office. But from the moment we walked in the showroom, we had a bad vibe from the people working there where no one came close to us asking if we need any help or anything for about 15 minutes. So we came back, took our vendors word and called M&R. I spoke with Raymond where we setup an appointment and he showed up on time for measurements and brought some carpet and linoleum samples for us to choose from. The process was so fast and easy that we did not realize there was work being done in some of our rooms and what made us to write a review about this guys was the attention to details and quality of service. They even asked us if we want to have the hallway carpet be changed also since they had an extra piece of material that came from one of the rooms. And all that with no additional charge. And what more can you ask when the owner shows up at the job sight for quality checking and making sure the place is vacuumed and cleaned after the job is done. We strongly recommend M&R Carpet to those who are in need of flooring service!”

“I spent three hours at Christensen Music last week using their excellent Steinway grand piano preparing for an audition; Ann Louise was friendly and accommodating, parking was no problem, and the space itself is well-lit and spacious. I can't speak for the recording side of things, but the vocal booth is pretty spacious and I look forward to using the studio for recording projects in the future.”
