(August 14, 2022, 3:32 pm)After my dad died suddenly in January, we had a truck to sell because my mother doesn't drive. It was a 2021 Ranger. We went to several different dealerships looking for the best price and when we finally found the best price, we went to the dealership (it was NOT Colley) and they completely jerked us around. They got us in with a top price but once we were there, they found a free-fix recall on the truck that immediately reduced the price by $9k. A free fix seatbelt recall got us a $9k hit!
Uh, no.
As a last resort (because we were dealing out in the Pasadena area), my brother took the truck to Colley. Not only did they not jerk us around, they gave us an excellent price in spite of the recall. They literally could not have made the process smoother. Now, keep in mind that we were prepared - we had all of the necessary paperwork (this is KEY when selling a vehicle of a deceased person) and were quite literally in and out, with a check in our hand, in less than an hour. Ed and Tyson were the two we mostly dealt with and they were kind, considerate, knowledgable, and helpful. They made a difficult situation super-easy. Kudos, gentlemen.
From our experience, I can't recommend Colley enough.
(April 19, 2022, 10:57 am)We were going on a trip early morning to Laughlin Nevada and one of our vehicle tire went down on Pressure couldn't find anywhere to put air in it, so we pull in at Colley Ford . The service was incredible, they put the vehicle on a rack checked all the tires Pressure and had us on are way at no charge. The manager and employees were very courteous,
They made our day....
