Toyota of Glendora Service

Overall good experience. The people I've spoken to over the phone have always been helpful and polite. I've had 3 different service advisors & they've all been courteous as well. Only thing I wish they'd do is wash my vehicle after every service like at other dealerships.

Brought in my recently purchased 07 Scion TC for a check engine light issues. I had an appointment for 345 pm Friday and dropped it off at 315 after calling and confirming it was alright to do so. The service manager was professional and actually listened when I explained the situation. I received a call from them at around 5pm to let me know what they had found and then told me they'd have it ready for me first thing in the morning.

First thing Saturday morning as soon as the service center was open I received a phone call from the same service manager letting me know that the car was going through their wash and would be ready for me immediately. Outstanding customer service and the affordable for being a dealership service center. I'll definitely be bringing my TC back here for continued service.
